Three years after launching its digital canteen, start-up Foodiz has reached break-even & just signed a contract with the European Commission a success largely driven by the rise of remote work.

💡 A new take on company lunches

When I first discovered Foodiz, I realized it wasn’t your typical corporate food service. No lines, no fixed lunch hours, and definitely no bland trays.
Foodiz is something else a smart, flexible food solution designed for the way we actually work today. Think: fresh meals, ordered via app, delivered directly to your office fridge or smart locker. Eat when you want, how you want.
In short: Foodiz is what happens when tech meets taste  and it works.

🧑‍💻 Teleworking: our new dynamic

Let’s face it: since the pandemic, office life has changed and the old model company canteen doesn’t really fit anymore. Foodiz saw that early on.
Instead of fighting against remote work, they leaned into it. Their model was actually made for hybrid teams offering employees a great meal whether they’re at HQ or stopping by a satellite office.
And guess what? It paid off.

📈 Foodiz expands and gets people talking

This year marks three years since Foodiz launched its digital canteen. And now, they've hit break-even a huge step for any start-up. But that's not all.
They’ve also signed a major contract with the European Commission. Yes, that Commission. It’s a huge endorsement, and it shows that even large institutions are looking for modern, flexible, and tech-savvy solutions to keep their teams happy and well-fed.
