🇲🇽 A little while ago, we turned up the heat with our very first Mexican Week!
On the menu? A spicy selection that gave our lunch offering a bold, flavour-packed twist.
Each dish combined vibrant ingredients with that signature Foodiz touch.
And yes, we saw plenty of happy faces, because it turned out to be our best-performing pop-up restaurant to date!

For our first Mexican Week, we went all in with four bold dishes, each one crafted to bring flavour, comfort and just the right amount of spice to your lunch break.
Here’s what was on the table:
🌯 Burrito Beef : A perfect blend of seasoned ground beef, carrots, red and white cabbage, corn, crispy tortilla chips.
🌶️ Chili con carne: Made with tender ground beef, red beans, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and a blend of spices like cumin & paprika.
🌴 The Cancun Bowl: A delicious mix of grilled chicken, cilantro-lime rice, fresh avocado, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, red onions & a zesty lime dressing. A perfect balance of freshness and spice in every bite!
🥗 Acapulco Salad: A vibrant fusion of colors, textures & bold flavors. With fluffy rice, roasted sweet potato, crunchy kale, green chili peppers & red onions, all brought together with a smooth Alpro plant-based yogurt and a punchy homemade vinaigrette.
How it performed
Our first Mexican Week brought strong enthusiasm & great feedback, especially for the Mexican Roll and Cancun Bowl. The concept hit the right flavour notes.
Mexican Week proved that bold flavours & clear theming resonate, with room to grow in both reach & revenue.
